Radon Reduction & Testing, Inc. provides a full range of measurement, mitigation, and consulting services to architectural and engineering companies providing environmental assessment services for their clients. When hired to provide the comprehensive testing of an apartment complex, we provide information and make arrangements with the complex including the notification letters to residents explaining the radon tests and EPA protocols that are needed to be followed, as well as the timing of the deliveries of the letters. We then arrange for entrance into units, place the devices following EPA protocols with identifying papers, retrieve the devices, analyze the devices and provide a certified report. For an exact quote we need to be provided with the particulars of the job. When hired to provide comprehensive testing of commercial sites we contact the locations manager, provide information including the EPA protocols and make arrangements that are needed for that particular job. We then place the test devices following EPA protocols and retrieve the devices, analyze the devices and provide a certified report. When an engineering company chooses to do the entire comprehensive testing procedure themselves we provide short-term E-Perms , and long-term E-Perms, including the analysis and the certified report. There are charges for lost or damaged devices. Please be aware that background gamma measurements should be taken at every test location when using E-Perms.
